Mobile Unit Health Programs

The Program
Northport VA Medical Center's Mobile Unit Program offers a variety of opportunities for Veterans in Nassau and Suffolk County, New York, to access quality healthcare in their communities. Northport VAMC continues to support the establishment and expansion of clinical programs to improve access for primary care, mental health care, and specialty care programs for male and female veterans of all service eras.

Podiatry Schedule

Riverhead Clinic - Tuesdays 8a-12pm (300 Center Drive, Riverhead, NY 11960)
Patchogue Clinic - 2nd & 4th Friday of the month 8a-12pm (4 Phyllis Drive, Patchogue, NY 11772)
Additional locations - Appointments should be scheduled by calling 631-261-4400 x2111 or x2112

To Request the Mobile Unit

Complete the Mobile Unit Request Form and email it to JoAnne Anderson, Mobile Unit Coordinator, or fax it to 631-486-6135.
Request at least 2-3 weeks in advance of event
Requires 6 parking spaces for 40 foot vehicle
