At the Northport VA Medical Center, we can assist you in getting an appointment without a long delay. Our goals are simple —
- you should be able to see your primary care provider within one to two business days
- you should have faster access to speciality care

Changing Your Appointment

If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This will allow us to reschedule you sooner as well as schedule one of your fellow veterans for the original appointment date and time. Call 631-261-4400 x7919 to reschedule.
Who to Call for Clinic Hours of Operation
Most VAMC clinics operate from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. However, some clinics offer extended hours in the evening and Saturday. Central Appointment Scheduling telephone numbers:
